Mobile Dentist

The dental van will be here to do exams and cleanings for our students on June 7th! A dental exam is required for grades K. 2, 6, and 9. If your child has had a dental exam in the past year, please make sure that the nurse has received a dental exam form. If your child has not had an exam and you would like to utilize the dental van’s services, please call Nurse Jenness at 224-303-1763 to have a permission slip sent home.

5th Grade Physical Exams

All students going into 6th grade will need to turn in a physical exam and proof of updated immunizations before the first day of school. If your 5th grader has already had their physical and vaccines, please turn the forms into Nurse Jenness ASAP. If you have not yet scheduled your child’s appointment, be sure to do it right away because the summer fills up quickly. Call the nurse if you have any questions.

Box Tops

Please send in all your Box Tops. Let’s make this end of the year a record breaker in Box Top Collections!! The grade level with the most collected will earn an extra recess!
